Sara De Leeuw is an energetic home cook who has captured the hearts and appetites of fans across the globe. Starting with her food blog, “My Imperfect Kitchen,” Sara shares simple recipes, food-related outings and chef interviews with her followers.
When she is not blogging, Sara serves as co-host of the iTunes podcast, “Food Blog Radio.” She is also a free-lance writer and the exclusive columnist for IEShineOn.com‘s popular column, “Sara’s Kitchen Adventures: Recipes with a Local Flair.”
Sara is a Master Food Preserver, a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and a certified BBQ judge for the Kansas City BBQ Society.
In addition to doing community demos as a Master Food Preserver, Sara can be found entertaining crowds at special events like the O.C. Fair, LA Cookie Con or judging local, national and international food competitions, such as The World Food Championships!
Sara is a supporting blogger for Team No Kid Hungry, volunteers for local events and participates in Community Bake Sales for No Kid Hungry!
